Plé ar stáisiún raidió náisiúnta don aos óg

| Dáithí Anraí |

D’fhóilsigh Comhchoiste na Gaeilge, na Gaeltachta agus na nOileán i dTeach Laighean tuarascáil ar na mallaibh maidir leis na dúshláin a bhaineann le craoltóireacht na Gaeilge.

Ba iad príomhthorthaí an tuarascála go bhfuil géarchéim i gcraoltóireacht trí Ghaeilge agus mórfhadhb ann i dtaca le maoiniú.

Mhol an Comhchoiste go mbunófaí stáisiún náisiúnta raidió don aos óg chun éisteoirí óga a mhealladh i dtreo na teanga.

Tá stáisiúin phobail ag feidhmiú trí mheán na Gaeilge i dtrí chathair cheana féin – Ráidió na Life, Ráidió Fáilte agus Raidió na dTreabh – agus éiríonn go maith leo daoine óga a thabhairt isteach trí na doirse agus a chur i mbun clár.

Ar a bharr sin tá stáisiún idirlín ann, mar atá Raidió Rí-Rá, atá dírithe go hiomlán ar éisteoirí óga.

Labhair muid féin le Muiris Ó Fiannachta ó Raidió na Life agus le Ciarán Mag Uidhir ó Raidió Fáilte lena dtuairimí a fháil ar an choincheap…
