TG4 le tús a chur arís le clár irise spóirt

| Tuairisc.ie | ,

Tá TG4 le tús a chur arís le clár irise spóirt cúig bliana ó cuireadh críoch chonspóideach le Seó Spóirt, a bhíodh á chraoladh ar an stáisiún ar feadh 11 bliain.

Tháinig deireadh le Seo Spóirt in earrach 2017 ach tá TG4 ag iarraidh sraith cosúil léi a chur ar an aer arís.

Rinne TG4 cur síos ar an gcineál sraithe atá uathu ag ‘Lá na Léiritheoirí’, seisiún eolais a reáchtáladh an tseachtain seo caite don earnáil neamhspleách.

Deir TG4 gur sraith sheachtainiúil spóirt ó Bhealtaine go deireadh mhí Iúil a bheadh i gceist. D’fhágfadh sin go mbeadh an tsraith ar siúl ag an am céanna le Craobhacha Sinsir Peile agus Iomána na hÉireann. Dúradh go bhfuiltear ag iarraidh réimse leathan spórt a chlúdach sa tsraith nua, idir chluichí Gaelacha, spórt na mban, rugbaí, rásaíocht chapall agus eile.

Moltar go gclúdófaí sa tsraith “na scéalta agus na himeachtaí a spreagann spéis an phobail” agus go ndéanfaí scagadh “bríomhar, fuinniúil, géarchúiseach” ar na scéalta sin.

Deir TG4 go mbeidh na cláir ar aon aer oíche Déardaoin nó Aoine, tar éis 9in. Tá sé i gceist go mbeadh gach clár 50 nóiméad ar fhad agus idir 6-8 clár a bheadh sa tsraith.

Murab ionann agus Seó Spóirt, tá TG4 ag iarraidh gur beochraoladh a bheadh i gceist leis an tsraith nua. Dhéanfaí í a chraoladh ó láithreacha éagsúla ar fud na tíre, nó ó stiúideo.

Aon bhliain déag a bhí Seó Spóirt ar an aer sular tháinig deireadh leis in 2017. Dara Ó Cinnéide a chuireadh an tsraith i láthair ar feadh na mblianta agus an comhlacht Gaeltachta, Sónta Teo, a bhíodh á léiriú.

Chraoltaí dhá shéasúr sa bhliain de Seó Spóirt ar TG4, ceann amháin le linn shraith CLG san earrach agus ceann eile le linn na gcraobhchomórtas.

Bhí an-tóir ar an tsraith ag lucht spóirt na tíre agus léiríodh díomá nuair a fógraíodh go mbeadh deireadh ag teacht léi. Bhí Ciarán Kilkenny, Marc Ó Sé agus Cathal McCarron i measc na n-imreoirí peile mór le rá a dúirt ag an am go raibh díomá orthu go raibh deireadh tagtha le Seó Spóirt.
