Oisín Mac Eó – Oifigeach Cúnta Pleanála Teanga don Iarthuaisceart

| Dáithí Anraí | ,

Ceapadh Oisín Mac Eó ina Oifigeach cúnta Pleanála Teanga do Limistéar an Iarthuaiscirt ag tús mí an Mhárta.

Tá plean teanga le cur i bhfeidhm i 26 limistéar pleanála teanga i nGaeltachtaí na tíre faoin chóras pleanála teanga a tugadh isteach faoi Acht na Gaeltachta 2012.

Is de bhunadh Dhoire d’Oisín. Is iar-phríomhoide ar Ghaelscoil na Daróige i gcathair Dhoire é agus bhí sé ag obair i naíolann Ghaeilge sular ghlac sé leis an phost mar Oifigeach cúnta Pleanála Teanga.

Tá dáimh ag Oisín le Gaeltacht Thír Chonaill le fada. Is iomaí samhradh a chaith sé ag foghlaim Gaeilge i gColáiste Mhuire i Loch an Iúir le linn a óige agus deir sé go raibh sé i gcónaí mar rún aige pilleadh ar an Ghaeltacht agus a pháistí a thógáil ann.

Bhuail Meon Eile le hOisín chun labhairt leis faoina phost úr agus faoi na spriocanna atá acu le plean teanga na háite a chur i gcrích.
