Our Eolaire Gnó is an online free-to-use directory of businesses and companies that are happy to provide their services to customers through the medium of the Irish language. Each entry includes information about the business – a description, their contact details and profiles, the services they offer and more. 

Shopping and doing business through Irish

If you are looking to shop, eat or do business through Irish, look in the Eolaire Gnó for businesses near you.

If you’re a business, you can register directly (as Gaeilge) on the Eolaire Gnó, or read more about the benefits of of using Irish with your customers.  The directory is completely free, it can help widen your customer base and it offers you a unique selling point. And note that your company does not need to operate entirely through Irish to take part – you can outline the specific services offered through Irish when you register. 

We have a special flag on our Eolaire Gnó for businesses who have won 🥇Gold or 🥈Silver medals in the ‘Services in Irish’ category at Glór na nGael’s Gradam Gnó na hEireann, in recognition of their excellent work and efforts to support the language.
