Aisteoir Gaeltachta ar liosta ‘réalta nua’ mhór-iris scannánaíochta na Breataine

Tá an t-aisteoir as Gaeltacht Chonamara Dónall Ó Héalaí ainmnithe ar liosta ‘réalta nua 2020’ mhór-iris scannánaíochta na Breataine, Screen International.

Ó Héalaí, a bhfuil ainmniúchán IFTA faighte aige sa rannóg ‘An príomhaisteoir is fearr’ dá pháirt sa scéinséir Gaeilge Arracht, ainmnithe ar liosta ‘Stars of Tomorrow’ na hirise, a thugann aitheantas d’aisteoirí sa Bhreatain agus in Éirinn a bhfuil an-ghealladh fúthu.

I measc na n-aisteoirí eile atá ainmnithe ar an liosta, tá Paul Mescal agus Daisy Edgar-Jones, a bhain cáil amach sa tsraith Normal People, a craoladh ar RTÉ i mbliana agus an t-aisteoir as contae na Mí, Helen Behan, a fuair ainmniúchán Bafta i mbliana dá páirt sa tsraith drámaíochta The Virtues, a craoladh ar Channel 4.   

I dteachtaireacht a scaip an t-aisteoir ar na meáin shóisialta, dúirt Ó Héalaí gur údar “spreagtha” dó  a bheith ainmnithe ar liosta ‘Stars of Tomorrow 202o’.
