Bainisteoir Dhún na nGall RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta ag éirí as

Tá iarcheannaire RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta, Edel Ní Chuireáin, atá ag obair mar Bhainisteoir Réigiúin an Tuaiscirt sna Doirí Beaga le ceithre bliana anuas, ag éirí as a post.

Tá an post do Bhainisteoir Réigiúin an Tuaiscirt fógartha ag RTÉ.

Tá tréimhsí caite ag Edel Ní Chuireáin, arb as Gort an Choirce ó dhúchas í, mar Cheannaire, mar Leas-Cheannaire agus mar Bhainisteoir Réigiúin an Tuaiscirt ar an stáisiún.

Bhí Ní Chuireáin ina ceannaire ar RnaG ar feadh 11 bliain, idir 2006-2017 agus is í an t-aon bhean ar leagadh an cúram sin uirthi.

Chaith sí deich mbliana mar Bhainisteoir Réigiúin an Tuaiscirt sular ceapadh ina leascheannaire ar an stáisiún í in 2004 agus tá sí ar ais ag obair sa phost sin ó d’éirigh sí as a cúraimí mar ceannaire RnaG in 2017.

Duine le “taithí ar athrú agus ar athrú a chur i gcrích” atá á lorg a deirtear san fhógra poist.

Iarrtar chomh maith go mbeadh “tuiscint iomlán agus eolas leathan ar shaol na Gaeltachta agus na Gaeilge” mar aon le ‘tuiscint ar riachtanais an phobail sin’ ag iarrthóirí.
