Scéim cúitimh mica agus caidhp €420,000 aontaithe ag an Rialtas

| Tuairisc.ie | ,

Tá an scéim cúitimh Mica aontaithe ag an Rialtas agus caidhp €420,000 ar na deontais a íocfar le húinéirí tí ar tógadh a dtithe le brící lochtacha.

Tuairiscítear go bhfaighfear €145 in aghaidh na troighe cearnaí don chéad 1,000 troigh chearnach, ardú ar an €138 ar dhiúltaigh lucht feachtais dó roimhe seo.

Breis is €2 billiún a chosnóidh an scéim.

De réir tuairisce ar RTÉ aontaíodh chomh maith go mbeidh an scéim oscailte do thithe atá á ligean ar cíos má bhí na tithe sin cláraithe leis na mBord um Thionóntachtaí roimh thús na míosa seo.

Mhaígh an tAire Talmhaíochta Charlie McConalgoue gur “toradh maith” a bhí sa scéim cúitimh.

De réir tuarascáil a foilsíodh in 2017, tógadh le brící lochtacha míoca thart ar 6,000 teach, a bhformhór i nDún na nGall, agus an chuid eile i Maigh Eo, Sligeach agus contae na Chláir. Tá cúiteamh á éileamh le tamall ag lucht feachtais ar thosaigh ballaí a dtithe ag scoilteadh de dheasca na mbrící lochtacha.

Bhí ar theaghlaigh áirithe a dtithe a fhágáil toisc iad a bheith ag titim anuas orthu agus bhí ar dhaoine áirithe a dtithe a leagan agus a thógáil arís.

Cúiteamh 100% a bhí á lorg ag na húinéirí tí.

Léirigh tuarascáil Rialtais in 2017 gurb é an mianra an míoca moscóíte ba mhó ba chúis leis na tithe a bheith ag titim as a chéile. Nuair atá leibhéal ard míoca i mbríce tógann sé uisce agus tagann scoilt sna ballaí de réir a chéile.

Meastar gur úsáideadh brící a raibh míoca iontu in go leor tithe agus foirgneamh eile, go háirithe foirgnimh a tógadh le linn ré an Tíogair Cheiltigh.
