Margadh gráin sínithe ag an Úcráin agus an Rúis

Faoi mhargadh nua atá déanta ag an Úcráin leis an Rúis bheadh cead ag an dá thír a gcuid gráin a easpórtáil ar an Muir Dhubh.

Sa Tuirc a rinneadh an margadh faoi threoir na Náisiún Aontaithe.

Bhí fainic á cur ag údaráis na hÚcráine gan dóigh a dhéanamh dár mbarúil go fóill mar nárbh eol dóibh go scaoilfí an bac ar a cuid calafort nó go gcuirfí peann le páipéar.

Tháinig toscaireachtaí na hÚcráine agus na Rúise go hIostanbúl agus ceathrar a shínigh an socrú nua a bhfuiltear á phlé le roinnt seachtainí. Tá sé ina imní faoin nganntanas bia agus a phraghas sna tíortha is boichte sa domhan. An Úcráin, an Rúis, an Tuirc agus Ard-Rúnaí na Náisiún Aontaithe, Antonio Guterres a shínigh an conradh nua.

Faoin socrú seo beidh sos cogaidh i bhfeidhm fad a bheadh na longa ar a n-aistear mara. Déanfaidh an Tuirc scrúdú ar na longa lena dheimhniú nach mbeidh aon arm ar bord, rud a chothaíonn amhras sa Rúis.

Beidh cead ag soithí na hÚcráine na longa gráin a threorú isteach agus amach ar an Muir Dhubh, áit a bhfuil mianaigh go leor feistithe.

Chuir Roinn Stáit na Stát Aontaithe fáilte roimh an socrú ach dúradh go gcaithfeadh an Rúis cloí leis agus é a chur i bhfeidhm.

“Níor chóir go mbeadh muid sa gcás seo mar níor cheart arm a dhéanamh de bhia go deo,” a dúirt a n-urlabhraí Ned Price.

Dúirt Sergiy Kyslytsya, ambasadóir na hÚcráine leis na Náisiúin Aontaithe go mbeadh an Úcráin ábalta “20 milliún tonna gráin a easpórtáil, grán atá réidh le seoladh” dá nglacfadh an dá thaobh leis an socrú seo.
