Lá Spraoi na Gaeilge 2024

| Dáithí Anraí |

Ghlac Lá Spraoi na Gaeilge seilbh ar lár an bhaile i Leitir Ceanainn i mbliana. Is í seo an tríú bliain as a chéile don fhéile a bhí ar siúl i nGaillimh anuraidh agus i gCorcaigh arú anuraidh. Roghnaíodh Leitir Ceanainn do Lá Spraoi na Gaeilge 2024 de thairbhe an líonra pleanála teanga sa cheantar.

Bhí an baile i gContae Dhún na nGall lán le teaghlaigh a bhuail na sráideanna chun páirt a ghlacadh i roinnt gníomhaíochtaí spraíúla idir péinteáil aghaidhe, ceardlanna sorcais, ranganna damhsa agus cluichí chomh maith le go leor leor eile.

Thug Meon Eile cuairt ar an ócáid agus labhair muid le Niamh Ní Mhóra, Oifigeach Forbartha le Glór na nGael a d’oibrigh i gcomhar le Líonra Leitir Ceanainn chun an óid a reáchtáil. Labhair muid le Colm Ferriter ó Highland Radio a sheol an óid go hoifigiúil. Labhair muid le Seosamh Mac Seoin ó Cúla4 a bhí ar an ardán mar fhear tí na hócáide chomh maith le Giggles, an fear grinn a bhí ag rith thart ar fud na háite an lá ar fad.

Is feidir tuilleadh eolais a fháil anseo.
