5 Leid do na Scrúduithe

Cé go bhfuil tamall fada imithe ón am go raibh scrúduithe an Ardteist á dhéanamh agam, is go maith gur chuimhin liom na trí sheachtain sin – teochtaí arda, an ghrian ag scoilteadh na gcloch agus muid ag suí laistigh ag scríobh is ag staidéar.

Seo daoibh 5 leid a chabhraigh liom agus scrúduithe á dhéanamh agam.

1. Faigh codladh maith gach oíche

Is léir dúinn ar fad ag an bpointe seo an tábhacht a bhaineann leis an gcodladh agus an éifeacht a bhíonn aige ar ár meabhair chinn. Cinnte go gcuidíonn oíche luath linn cruthú go maith.

2. Ól uisce agus ith smailc roimh gach scrúdú.

Nuair a bhí scrúduithe á shuigh agam rinne mé cinnte go raibh rud beag le hithe agam roimh gach scrúdú le cinntiú go mbeadh fuinneamh agam agus nach raibh ocras orm le linn na scrúduithe. Chuidigh é seo liom díriú ar an ábhar a bhí á dhéanamh agam.

3. Iarr ar dhuine ceisteanna a chur ort faoi do nótaí.

Agus an Ardteist á dhéanamh agam is é seo an tslí is éifeachtaí a d’úsáid mé chun ábhair a fhoghlaim. Is féidir iarraidh ar dhuine sa bhaile cabhrú leat, nó ar chara, agus beidh an bheirt agaibh ag staidéar le chéile.

4. Déan plean ama do gach scrúdú.

Roimh gach scrúdú bhí sé an-chabhrach dom plean ama a dhéanamh amach ionas go mbeadh a fhios agam cé mhéad am a chaitheamh  ag freagairt gach ceist ar an scrúdú.

5. Téigh amach faoin aer idir na scrúduithe.

Níl aon amhras go gcuidíonn an t-aer úr agus an nádúr leis an tsláinte intinne, mar sin is iontach an rud é sos lasmuigh a thógaint idir na scrúduithe chun d’intinn a ghlanadh.

Go n-eirí go geal libh uilig!
