Géarghá le straitéis chun dul i ngleic le ‘imeallú’ dhrámaíocht na Gaeilge

| Tuairisc.ie |

Dúirt feidhmeannach sinsearach de chuid an Fhorais go raibh na ceanneagraíochtaí neamhspleách, ach go raibh sé ag súil go ndíreodh Oireachtas na Gaeilge níos mó ar an drámaíocht.

Dúradh chomh maith go bhféadfaí ardán TG4 a úsáid chun comórtais a bhaineann leis an drámaíocht a chur chun cinn, mar a rinneadh leis an damhsa ar an sean-nós.

Dúradh go raibh cúrsaí drámaíochta agus compántais drámaíochta á maoiniú ag an bhForas faoi scéimeanna éagsúla.

Moladh i dtuarascáil ó Thithe an Oireachtais anuraidh go mbunófaí eagraíocht nua nach mbeadh de dhualgas uirthi ach “na healaíona Gaeilge uile sa tír a reáchtáil”.

Dúradh chomh maith in ‘The Arts Matter’, gur ceist polasaí don Rialtas í cén fáth nach bhfuil eagraíochtaí náisiúnta, amhail Amharclann na Mainistreach, á ngríosú chun a thuilleadh saothar a dhéanamh trí Ghaeilge.

Moladh freisin sa tuarascáil ón gComhchoiste Oireachtais um Chultúr, Oidhreacht agus Gaeltachta go ndéanfadh an Chomhairle Ealaíon “maoiniú mar is ceart” ar na healaíona Gaeilge chun daoine “a mhealladh ar ais” chucu.
