135,000 dalta iarbhunscoile ag tabhairt faoi na scrúduithe stáit

Cuirfidh breis is 135,000 dalta iar-bhunscoile tús inniu lena scrúduithe stáit i nach mór 15,000 ionad scrúdaithe ar fud an stáit.

Ar an 27 Meitheamh a chuirfear críoch le hArdteist 2023 leis na scrúduithe san oideachas reiligiúnach. Ar an 19 Meitheamh a chríochnóidh scrúduithe na Sraithe Sóisearaí.

Dúirt Cathaoirleach Choimisiún na Scrúduithe Stáit, Pat Burke, gur “ócáid thábhachtach a bhí sna scrúduithe stáit d’iarrthóirí, a muintir agus a scoileanna”.

Beidh torthaí na hArdteiste ar fáil Dé hAoine an 25 Lúnasa, seachtain níos luaithe ná anuraidh.

61,107 dalta a fuair torthaí Ardteiste in 2022 ach níor chláraigh 11,213, nó 22.4%, díobhsean don Ghaeilge.
