Ceardlann amhránaíochta as Gaeilge

Ceardlann amhránaíochta as Gaeilge

Bluebell Lane Glamping

49 Tullymacreeve Road Mullaghbawn BT35 9RE, An Dún

    Ceardlann amhránaíochta as Gaeilge

    @ Bluebell Lane Glamping

    Class Arts and Entertainment

Breis is céad bliain ó shin, bailíodh an-chuid amhrán i dtuaisceart Cho. Lú agus i ndeisceart Ard Mhacha ó dhaoine a raibh an Ghaeilge acu ó dhúchas. Tá an pobal sin ar shlí na fírinne anois, ach maireann na hamhráin! Tar agus foghlaim agus abair cúpla amhrán as ceantar Oirialla ag an cheardlann seo.

Buíochas mór le Comhairle Ceantair an Iúir, Mhúrn agus an Dúin agus le Ring of Gullion Landscape Partnership as tacú leis an imeacht seo.

As part of Féile na Bealtaine, this song workshop will be led by Ciara Hall, sean-nós singer from Dundalk, who has a particular interest in the Irish-language songs of north Louth/south Ulster. She will help you learn some lesser-known Irish songs of the region and become part of their re-introduction to the local tradition.

Refreshments will be offered (tea/coffee). We will gather after the workshop to decorate the May Bush to celebrate Féile na Bealtaine (wear suitable shoes)!
