‘Fáinne na hUltaise’ ar fáil anois

| Kerron O Luain |

Tá scéim nua forbartha ag Boord o Ulstèr Scotch, eagraíocht a chuireann an Ultais chun cinn ó thuaidh, atá bunaithe ar Fháinne na Gaeilge, agus an deis ag foghlaimeoirí agus cainteoirí Ultaise a gcumas cainte a chruthú le teastais agus cnaipí ar nós na bhFáinní atá ar fáil do chainteoirí Gaeilge.

Suaitheantas ‘Wheen o Wurds’

Chuaigh Boord o Ulstèr Scotch i gcomhairle le Conradh na Gaeilge, an eagraíocht atá freagrach as an bhFáinne, le an scéim a fhorbairt agus is féidir ‘scrúdú’ beag a dhéanamh ar shuíomh na heagraíochta Ultaise le teastas digiteach a fháil lena ndearbhaítear cumas san Ultais.

Is féidir an scrúdú beag a dhéanamh anseo.

Tá liosta de 30 focal ar an scrúdú agus níl le déanamh ach brí 20 focal a mhíniú — cuirtear rogha ceithre mhíniú ar fáil — leis an teastas cumais ‘Wheen o Wurds’ (Cúpla Focal) a fháil ó Boord o Ulstèr Scotch.

Féadfaidh an té a gheobhaidh an teastas sin é a thabhairt chomh fada leis an ionad Discover Ulster-Scots i mBéal Feirste nó i Ráth Bhoth i gcontae Dhún na nGall le suaitheantas Wheen o Wurds a fháil, suaitheantas a thabharfaidh le fios do chainteoirí eile Ultaise go bhfuil an Ultais ar a thoil ag duine, agus go bhfuil sé sásta í a labhairt.

D’éirigh le Arlene Foster, ceannaire an DUP, a teastas agus a suaitheantas a fháil le deireanas.
