Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh buaite ag foireann Choláiste na hOllscoile, Corcaigh

| Tuairisc.ie |

Beirt as Coláiste na hOllscoile, Corcaigh a bhí sa chéad áit ag Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh Gael Linn i mbliana.

Ba iad Cárthach Ó Faoláin agus Darragh Ó Caoimh a thug an lá leo sa chomórtas díospóireachta a bhí ar siúl sna Ceithre Cúirteanna an deireadh seachtaine seo caite.

Tá Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh, atá ainmnithe as an iaruachtarán agus iar-phríomhbhreitheamh, Cearbhall Ó Dálaigh, ar siúl le breis agus fiche bliain.

Tá an comórtas dírithe ar mhic léinn dlí a bhfuil Gaeilge líofa acu agus atá ag iarraidh feabhas a chur ar a gcuid scileanna abhcóideachta.

Ba iad Coláiste na hOllscoile, Corcaigh agus Óstaí an Rí a tháinig slán ó na réamhbhabhtaí in Óstaí an Rí maidin Dé hAoine. Is sna Ceithre Cúirteanna a bhí an babhta ceannais ar siúl.

Bronagh O’Hanlon, Breitheamh Ard-Chúirte agus na habchóidí sinsearacha Luan Ó Braonáin agus  Clíona Kimble a bhí ar an ‘mbinse’ mar mholtóirí. Bronnadh buantrófaí Gael Linn agus duais  €600 ar na buaiteoirí.  Cillian McGovern ó Óstaí an Rí a tháinig sa dara háit agus fuair sé duais €300.

Ghlac Seán Ó Ceallaigh, Gael Linn, buíochas le Cormac Ó Dúlacháin, abhcóide sinsearach, agus le Kate Ní Chonfhaola, abhcóide, a chuidigh le reáchtáil na hócáide
