Tá rabhadh tugtha do dhaoine fanacht amach ó cheantair cois cósta agus a bheith ar an airdeall faoi dhálaí tiomána contúirteacha ar maidin.

Dúirt Met Éireann go bhféadfadh go mbeadh fuarlaigh ar bhóithre de thoradh Stoirm Francis agus go bhféadfadh an bháisteach throm agus gaoth mhór ar maidin roinnt dochair a dhéanamh agus cur as do sheirbhísí.

Tá  foláireamh báistí oráiste i bhfeidhm go dtí 5pm tráthnóna i gCúige Connacht go léir, i nDún na nGall, Ciarraí, Corcaigh, Port Láirge, an Cabhán, Muineachán agus Loch Garman.

Tá foláireamh báistí buí i bhfeidhm i gcás na gcontaetha eile ó 6am ar maidin.

Tá foláireamh gaoithe buí i bhfeidhm go dtí 7pm tráthnóna do Chúige Mumhan, Baile Átha Cliath, Cill Mhantáin agus Loch Garman.

Dúradh go mbeadh an bháisteach “an-trom” uaireanta aréir agus inniu agus titim bháistí idir 40 agus 60mm á thuar.

D’fhéadfadh an bháisteach a bheith níos troime i gceantair shléibhe, a dúradh.

Dúradh go bhféadfadh luas 55-65 km san uair a bheith leis an ngaoth in amanna agus siotaí chomh láidir le 100km san uair léi.
