Teocht an oighinn – 180ºC

Bíodh pota uisce te ar siúl íseal ar an sorn. Leáigh an t-im agus an tseacláid in airde ar an bpota.

Líonadh im piseanna talún:

Measc comhábhair an líonta i bpróiseálaí bídh. Beidh an meascán breá tiubh ar nós taosráin. Cuir ar leataobh é.

Measc an siúcra agus na huibheacha i bpróiseálaí bídh. Cuir an t-im agus an tseacláid leis. Cuir an fanaile, an plúr, púdar cócó agus an salann leis an meascán. Ná bíodh aon chnapáin sa mheascán.  

Cuir leath an mheascáin seo isteach i stán bácála (9×9 orlaí)

Scaip an líonadh timpeall ar an meascán le do lámha. Cuir an leath eile den mheascán in airde ar seo. Scaip sliseanna seacláide báine in airde ar an ndonnóg. Cuir an císte isteach san oigheann go ceann 35/40 nóiméad.
