Created by the Irish Department at Maynooth University, (in collaboration with Oifig na Gaeilge Ollscoil Mhá Nuad and Foras na Gaeilge), the Fhéile Bheag is an arts festival that celebrates the arts created in Irish.
The theme of the Féile Bheag is ‘Art in the Time of Need’. The power of Irish-language Arts and Gaeltacht Arts, the way it challenges society when necessary, and the way it cultivates community spirit and contemplation.
Join us on the 6th of May 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Maynooth University campus for a wide variety of traditional and contemporary arts in Irish – dance, lúibíní, theatre, sean-nós, and new works!
