aoife-sa-chistin:-saileid-fineil-le-tratai-confit

Aoife sa Chistin: Sailéid finéil le trátaí confit

| aoife ni chiobhain | ,

Na comhábhair:

3 finéal
1 líomóid, an sú amháin
1 bsp íle olóige
1 tsp salann
Glac miontais

Trátaí confit

Bosca trátaí beaga, gearrtha ina ndá leath
50ml íle olóige
20g siúcra mín
25ml fínéagar
Craobhóg tíme

Salann

Bain an bun agus barr den finéal. Gearr chomh tanaí agus is féidir leat é. Úsáid mandoline má tá ceann agat, ach bí cúramach leis! Cuir an finéal isteach i mbabhla agus caith isteach an salann. Cuimil an finéal agus an salann isteach le chéile agus fág i leataobh go ceann 30 nóiméad.

Trátaí Confit

Cócaráil na trátaí agus na comhábhair eile i bpota beag go ceann 10 nóiméad ar theas íseal. Lig don meascán fuarú tamaillín.

Thar n-ais go dtí an finéal. Caith isteach an sú líomóide agus an íle olóige agus brúigh an meascán le chéile. Faigh babhla nua. Scag an fuílleach leachta ón bhfinéal  (seans go mbeidh ort an rud céanna a dhéanamh leis na trátaí ach is féidir an leacht san a choimeád siar mar bhlastán do shailéid eile nó bheadh sé go haoibhinn mar anlann do choicheáin friochta le gairleog agus sillí). Caith isteach na trátaí leis an bhfinéal agus dein iad a mheascadh le chéile. Críochnaigh le miontas  sracaithe led’ lámha.

Ana-fhuirist agus deas sláintiúil! Neam neam!
